Our discussion - We discuss your current situation, what you are looking to achieve and what I will need to assess your current application BEFORE any commitments are made, (applications, credit enquiries, etc).
Supporting documents – Based on what we discuss and your financial circumstances I request the same supporting documents the lender will assess you on ( these documents will decide your potential), I will assess these documents and provide your best options AMONGST all 35 lenders I work with in the Australian market (CBA, ANZ, Macquarie, NAB, ETC).
This is the most critical part of the process as you can give a lender 100 reasons to give you an approval but the catch is the lender only needs 1 reason to decline you.
My Recommendation – I will provide you my full recommendation via email and a discussion which will include everything you need to know to make an educated decision, ‘I will not sell you on any particular option and I will answer any question or concern you may have before you decide on anything, This recommendation is very accurate, reliable but most importantly as there is NO obligation to go ahead if these options do NOT suit you.
